hallo walter,
entweder googeln oder auch
http:\\www.a-schau.de
kostenlos ist mir da allerdings auch nichts bekannt - programmiere selber ab und an solche sachen. wegen dem industriellen hintergrund allerdings auch nicht umsonst.
ansonsten scheibchenweise in das thema einarbeiten, da könnte es mit etwas glück außer zeit nichts kosten.

werde es weiter versuchen, auch wenn mir langsam die schlagworte veim Googlen ausgehen. Regelkarte, x-Regelkarte, Qualitätsregelkarte, spc, Statistical process control, usw.
